Aspen is conservative on purpose, and we stand behind that. If you're a Plus member, Aspen gives a purchase a Likely Eligible verdict, you submit it with the documentation Aspen recommends, and ADE denies it anyway, we refund your full year of Plus. Official decisions always belong to ADE. The guarantee means that if our careful read still costs you, your year is on us.

What's the Founding Family discount?

The first 500 families lock in $8.99/month while their subscription stays active. After those spots are gone, Plus is $13.99/month for new subscribers.

How does the annual plan work?

$59.99 covers a full year of Plus — about $5.00/month. It renews once a year, and you can cancel anytime to stop the renewal. You keep Plus through the end of the year you've paid for; we don't prorate partial refunds automatically, but if Aspen isn't working out for your family, reach out and we'll make it right.

How does the Aspen Guarantee work?

It applies to Plus members. If Aspen gives a purchase a Likely Eligible verdict, you submit it through ClassWallet with the documentation Aspen recommends, and ADE denies the purchase anyway, reply to any Aspen email or write hello@aspenesa.com with the check and the denial, and we'll refund your full year of Plus. ADE always makes the official call on every purchase; the guarantee is about standing behind our read of the handbook.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active through the end of the period you've paid for — the current month on monthly, or the rest of the year on annual. After that, Aspen moves you back to the free plan and your account data remains in place. If you cancel, the Founding Family price lock ends.

Is my payment info secure?

Yes. Stripe handles card data, invoices, tax, and the Customer Portal. Aspen ESA does not store your credit card number.
